Brown Bear
Armenia's wild bears are Syrian brown bears that live in mountain forests. Sadly many are held prisoner in barren man-made cages.
Our mission is to protect as many wild animal populations as possible. When animals are displaced by habitat loss or rescued from the illegal wildlife trade, our priority is always rehabilitation and release. However, for those that cannot safely return to their natural environment due to injury, trauma, or long-term welfare needs, we provide lifelong, compassionate care in habitats designed to reflect the wild as closely as possible.
