FAQs

FAQs
  • Where does my money go?

The income from our adoptions goes towards all of our projects. You will be supporting every aspect of our work all around the world, from rescuing bears in Armenia to releasing howler monkeys in Costa Rica to rehabilitating orangutans in Indonesia.

  • How often will I get updates about my adopted animal?

We aim to send out six updates a year on all our adoptable animals. Sometimes the rescue centres can get extremely busy, please do bear with us if you haven’t heard from your adoptable animal for a couple of months. Our staff are trying their best to get the updates out to you.

  • Why can't an animal be released into the wild?

We always aim to release the animals in our care back into the wild. However, some animals stay with us forever and depend on us for lifelong care because they are no longer able to fend for themselves. By adopting one or more of the permanent members of our family, you can help us keep them healthy, happy and safe and support our work rescuing and rehabilitating other animals too. In return, you’ll become a special friend to an animal in need.
