Join the animal protection team!

Set up a charity livestream and help protect their future!

Nature is at stake! Wildlife habitat is being destroyed at an alarming rate, leaving animals stranded and starving after being cut off from sources of food. Additionally, poachers are ripping away babies from their mothers and selling them into the illegal pet trade, sentencing them to a life of torture behind bars.

We are fighting a long and constant battle against the damage this is causing to not just the wildlife, but the planet that we all call home. From cutting free captive bears, to rehabilitating injured orangutans and restoring their precious habitat, our work is funded ENTIRELY by the generosity of the public and we NEED YOU!

Why Should you Support Us?

Our vision is a world where humans and animals coexist in sustainable ecosystems. Our mission is to build awareness and implement effective systems to protect animals and their habitats.

Here at International Animal Rescue, we not only save animals from suffering, we also rehabilitate and release them back into the wild and work to protect their precious habitats. Our aim is to return animals to their natural environment wherever possible, but we also provide a permanent home for those who can no longer fend for themselves.

100% of the donations that you raise on stream will go directly to our projects, such as our orangutan rescue project in Indonesia and our bear rescue work in Armenia. The money you raise will help to not only rescue, rehabilitate and then release animals back into the wild, it’ll go towards conservation work within local communities and maintaining suitable environments for wildlife.

This is what YOU made possible this year!

Top 5 Streaming Tips

Hello! My name is Camilla. During the day, I work for International Animal Rescue but by night, I’m a streamer on Twitch! In my spare time, I love to stream a variety of different games and love meeting new people as well through the power of gaming and Twitch.

I recently completed a 12 hour stream to fundraise for International Animal Rescue and managed to raise over 200% of my initial goal! It was a great experience and I hope these following tips will help you make your stream just as successful.

1. Be sure to promote your charity stream in the days before. Particularly on social media and also to your community if you are already a streamer, self-promotion is a key part of getting viewers to your stream and also making them aware that you are raising money.

2. Set up auto-messaging to run in your chat throughout your stream. Using extensions such as Nightbot or Stream Elements can help you set up messages that will appear in your chat from time-to-time, and make sure to make the most of this by setting up a message with your donation link in. It also helps to have a link to the IAR website, so viewers can get more information on what you’re raising money for!

3. Come up with fun incentives and challenges! By having these in your chat with the use of channel points and also donation goals, this will encourage your viewers to get involved and donate. For example, I had a channel point redemption to tell an animal fact and then I had a donation goal where I would play Fortnite for an hour. My community know that I am not a big fan so it gave them the incentive to donate to see me play it!

4. Be sure to take breaks, particularly if you’re doing a long stream. It’s important to also keep hydrated and eat plenty of food throughout your stream, so that you continue to be at your best. Also, if you’re doing a 12 hour or 24 hour stream, make sure to get plenty of sleep the night before!

5. Most importantly, HAVE FUN!
