Where has my adoption pack been sent?
The adoption pack will have been sent to the gift recipient as specified in the original order (unless you have contacted us to tell us otherwise). If you have ordered a digital pack please log in to your account and view your order details to check the gift recipient email address is correct.
Where is my confirmation email or digital adoption pack?
Please check your junk/spam email folders as some of our customers have found our emails in here. Please ask your gift recipient to check these if they have not received their pack. If the wrong email address has been specified, or if you are unable to find the adoption pack in the junk folder, please email us at [email protected] or via the form on the contact us page.
Where can I find information on my adopted animal?
Adoptive parents can view updates on their animal by signing in to their account and finding their animal within the relevant project. Below the animal will be a list of news and diary items that only adoptive parents can view.

How can I cancel my monthly payments/adoption?
You can cancel your monthly payments at any time. Just email [email protected] and include your order number and we'll get back to you as soon as we can.
