Christmas Without Cruelty Fayre

2nd December 2004

Christmas Without Cruelty Fayre posterWe have a stand at this year’s Christmas Without Cruelty Fayre at Kensington Town Hall, Horton Street, London W8, Sunday 5 December from 10am to 5pm.

This annual event is organised by Animal Aid, bringing animal charities, ’green’ companies and ethical traders all under one roof. A wide range of products will be on offer, including cruelty-free cosmetics, veggie footwear and delicious sweets and treats. Support causes close to your heart by snapping up seasonal essentials such as Christmas cards, calendars and wrapping paper from animal charities and campaign groups.

On Stand nos 3 & 4, IAR will be selling organic/fair trade chocolate, teddy bears and Christmas cards PLUS running a Tombola with great prizes – all proceeds going towards our Free the Bears campaign. We will be showing a short video called The Final Cut detailing the work of IAR rescuing ’dancing’ bears from their life of misery and torture on the streets of India.

Come along and visit to find out more about our work and get unusual ethical presents for Christmas. See you there!
