Name: Patch
Gender: Male
Colour: White and dark brown mix
Age: Unknown
Funny characteristic: Patch has no friends among the other centre dogs but refuses to give up in his attempt to make one.
Patch is another dog that invited himself to become a centre dog (he refuses to stay at his original location where we initially collected him from) but he has had a rather bold and unpopular approach to settling in. Without any regard for his position in the pecking order, he thinks he has more right to everyone's affection than anyone else. Without a thought for the growls and warnings he gets from the others, he swans around thinking that this is his domain.
This naturally results in some pretty nasty fights when the other dogs have had enough and gang up on him to teach him a thing or two about how it works around here! As unpleasant as this must be for him, it actually works in his favour because all the staff at the centre feel sorry for him and give him lots of cuddles.
Patch is rather strange-looking with his long snout and one ear hanging and the other standing. He is very boisterous and one cannot help but fall for his completely inept attempts at making friends.
