Name: Bella
Gender: Female
Colour: Brown and white
Age: 2.5 years
Funny characteristic: She has a permanent bald patch on the muzzle from a previous mange infection.
Bella is another Palolem dog, which was rescued as a small puppy and kept at the camp until it closed down. She then came to live with us in Assagao and settled in nicely straight away. Bella has grown from being the cutest, most innocent looking little pup to becoming an attractive and agile young bitch and now in her final stage of developing... well... let’s just say that Tina has met a rival in the obesity contest! It is safe to say that Bella has let herself go a bit. Not particularly turned on by physical exercise she enjoys lazy morning, afternoons and evenings lazing about in a cool spot somewhere. At lunchtime however she suddenly displays a rush of energy when she darts from one person to the next to see who has got something for her on their plate only to turn her nose up when she gets offered a piece of chapatti (local bread). Some girls are hard to please.
