Fundraising
Your efforts are vital in helping us raise the funds to carry out our work. Animals are depending on us. At International Animal Rescue we believe we can all be fundraisers. We just need to care enough about the cause. With a little imagination and a lot of motivation, we all have the means to raise money. Whether it covers the cost of one jar of honey, or will feed a bear for a year, every sum raised makes a real difference. And it is deeply appreciated by us all.
Take part in our events
International Animal Rescue organises a range of events in the UK and abroad that you can take part in. They are always fun and you can enter online. You can also help us raise funds by taking part in organised events like charity rides or races and nominating International Animal Rescue as your chosen charity.
Organising your own event
There is a whole host of ways in which you can raise funds for our work, from cake sales and sponsored walks to gala dinners and celebrity auctions. If you decide to do it alone, we will give you full support from start to finish. We've also put together advice and ideas to help you make the most of your event.
Fundraising at school
Schools around the world have joined our network of supporters and found wonderful ways to raise funds for the animals. From classroom quizzes to sponsored sporting events, we never cease to be amazed by the energy and enthusiasm of our young supporters. Keep those ideas coming kids!
Presentations
We are always delighted to visit schools and local groups to talk about the work of International Animal Rescue in return for a donation to help the animals. We only have small teams of people in each country where we operate, but we will always accept an invitation if we can. Nothing beats face to face meetings to spread the word and recruit new supporters and volunteers.

Fundraising at work
Fundraising at work is fun and a great way to enliven a workplace. There are enormous benefits to both the company and its staff. Raising invaluable funds for International Animal Rescue can be great for teambuilding and will challenge staff to utilise their unique skills. From trekking to Peru through to sponsoring a manager to bathe in beans for bears, there are lots of activities and projects for you and your colleagues.
Quick & easy ways to help
There are many ways you can make a real difference in very little time. Everything helps. From the simple things like distributing collection boxes and flyers through to recycling mobile phones or ink cartridges - it's possible to achieve surprising results in double-quick time.
Collections
Many of our supporters choose to collect for us to help us raise funds and awareness. It need only take a few hours of your time. You can take part in one of our collections or organise your own (ask us to arrange this for you).
